With a very warm and friendly approach, Shaun arrived on time and went straight to work. He ploughed through the job and completed the work to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Shaun and will be using his skills for future projects. Many thanks.

Shaun did a fantastic job, was punctual, friendly and very competitive price wise. Will definitely be using him for future projects.

Shaun opened up my old garage entrance into a double door size. He was clean and organised, making it easy to live on site while the work was being completed.

SB building contracts worked on a project at my house. The work was completed quickly, to a very high standard and communication between the builder and my self was great. They also worked around my schedule. Would highly recommend.

Shaun did an excellent job on our brickwork including repairs and re-pointing. Good communication and left the place clean and tidy.

Shaun laid a new patio for us in the Summer. He was courteous and professional and was willing discuss alternative ideas as the project progressed. He provided good communication and his work ethic is one of the best I have seen. The final result was exactly what we wanted and we would highly recommend him (and would use him again for future work).

Shaun laid a patio & built a small wall for us. Communication was excellent and the job was finished to a high standard. Overall a superb professional service at a very reasonable price.
